Plaintiff Karen Pinchback 1 brings this action against defendants Armistead Homes Corporation (“Armistead”) and Diane Dailey, alleging that defendants discriminated against her on the basis of race in the sale of housing by depriving her of a residence in the Armistead Gardens development in Baltimore, Maryland. The Court has conducted a bench trial in this case and herein states its findings of fact and conclusions of law.
