— This action was brought by respondent against appellant for a decree of divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty. Appellant filed an answer specifically denying the material allegations of the complaint. He also filed a cross-complaint alleging extreme cruelty and praying that a divorce be granted to him. Respondent answered the cross-complaint, specifically denying the same.
