In these consolidated appeals, 1 Defendant-Appellant Larry M. Miller appeals from two separate rulings by the circuit court: 1) an order dated April 22, 1993, denying his motion to reconsider the court’s March 8, 1993 ruling granting the prosecution’s motion to revoke an earlier sentence of probation and resentencing him to probation with a special condition of one year in jail; and 2) an order dated April 15, 1994, revokmg his March 8, 1993 sentence and resentencing him to ten years imprisonment.
