On January 9, 1928, the will of Adam S. Glos, deceased, was admitted to probate in the county court of DuPage county. He died possessed of property estimated to be worth in excess of one million dollars, all of which he willed absolutely to his wife, Emilie Glos, naming her as sole executrix. She survived him, but he had no children or other descendants. As next of kin he left one brother, Jacob Glos, together with three nephews and two nieces, but made no mention of any of them in his will.
