We granted certiorari in this case 1 to consider whether the Court of Appeals correctly held that, even though the insurance policy in this case excluded coverage for the bodily injury and property damage claims asserted by the plaintiff, the policy nevertheless provided coverage for punitive damages arising from those claims.
