MEMORANDUM OPINION

This action is brought by Plaintiffs International Painters and Allied Trades Industry Pension Fund (the “Fund”) and Gary J. Meyers, a fiduciary on behalf of the Fund (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) against Defendant La-Salle Glass & Mirror Company for legal and equitable relief under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), as amended by the Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980, 29 U.S.C. § 1145.
