In this consolidated appeal, the Court is asked to review conflicting rulings by the District’s two bankruptcy judges in characterizing written agreements as either leases or secured installment sales contracts. This appeal stems from ten adversary proceedings, each under a separate Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. The basic fact pattern in all of these proceedings is virtually identical.
