MEMORANDUM OPINION
PETER J. WALSH, Bankruptcy Judge.
This is the Court’s ruling with respect to United of Omaha Life Insurance Company’s (“United”) motion for order requiring Edison Brothers Stores, Inc. (“Debtor”) to timely perform its obligations under a lease agreement between Debtor and ParcTec, Inc. (“ParcTec”), the predecessor in interest of United, and for assumption or rejection of the lease agreement.
