W. T. Rawleigh Co. v. Harper

We copy the following statement of the case from the opinion of the Court of Civil Appeals, which is reported in 7 S.W.(2d) 892:

“Suit by appellant, an Illinois corporation, against appellees Robert Harper, as principal, and J. D. Taylor, T. B. Stanford, and W. B.
