MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is petitioner Naibeye Koumbairia’s motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. For the reasons set forth below, the Court will deny the motion.
BACKGROUND
Following Koumbairia’s plea of guilty to sixteen charges based on his participation in a bank fraud conspiracy, the Court sentenced Koumbairia to 100 months on each count, to run concurrently.
