The defendant Penn-Minn Realty & Investment Company, hereafter referred to as the Investment Company, was at the times herein stated the owner of a certain building in the city of Minneapolis, known as the “Burd Building,” and the defendant Lavoris Chemical Company, hereafter referred to as the Chemical Company, was the lessee of the fifth floor of the building.
