This is a writ of error to two certain orders and judgments, entered by the court below on the 28th day of. March, 1908, and the 1st day of June, 1908, respectively,'in the above-entitled case, an action of ejectment pending in said court, instituted by the late Collis P. Huntington, in his lifetime, against John Lewis Taylor and others, to recover possession of a tract of land in Kanawha county, W.
