On the 3rd and 4th days of May, 1978, this Court heard additional evidence offered by Respondents in connection with Petitioner’s Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Respondents introduced the testimony of J. E. Hodges, Judge Sam Robertson, Donald I.
