SUMMARY ORDER
Appellant Shelda Ray, proceeding pro se, appeals the district court’s judgment dismissing her complaint, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), for employment discrimination based on race, gender, and disabilities under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”). In September 2016, this Court denied Appellant’s motion for in forma pauperis status and dismissed her appeal as to all claims other than those brought under, the ADA based on Appellees’ failure to accommodate Appellant’s alleged disabilities.
