This is a diversity case, 28 U.S.C. § 1332, governed by the substantive law of Rhode Island. Plaintiff Allstate Insurance Co. (Allstate) seeks a declaration that it is not obligated to defend or indemnify defendants Robert P. Russo and Armand G. DiNapoli under certain insurance policies.
