Moeroe Corporation (appellant), a Pennsylvania corporation, is a liquor licensee in Philadelphia, trading as “Talk of the Town.” Prior to September 10, 1968, the officers of appellant were listed as Arlene F. Vailbus, president; Rosemary Hacker, secretary-treasurer, director and stockholder; Joseph Litvin, director and Fred Vitello, director.
