This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals affirming a judgment of the circuit court for Monroe county, the Honorable Michael J. Rosborough, presiding. The circuit court granted the defendants' motion to dismiss the plaintiffs complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
