Pending before the court is Plaintiff Michael Tilley’s (“Tilley”) Motion for Remand (# 8). Tilley argues that the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction of this action because Defendants Cash Money Records, Inc. (“Cash Money Records”) and Universal Music Group, Inc.
