Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 511 [3]), driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [3]), obstructing governmental administration in the second degree (Penal Law § 195.05), and two traffic violations. We reject the contention of defendant that County Court abused its discretion by permitting him to proceed pro se without standby counsel.
