MEMORANDUM AND ORDER GRANTING (IN PART) DEBTOR’S MOTION TO AVOID JUDICIAL LIEN

The matters before the court are (a) the above-referenced debtor’s (the “Debtor”) Motion To Avoid Judicial Lien under § 522(f) of the Bankruptcy Code (Doc. I.D. No. 7, the “Motion”) 1 and (b) National Wood Products, Inc.’s (“NWP”) objection thereto (Doc. I.D. No. 35, the “Objection”). This court has jurisdiction over this matter as a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334 and that certain Order dated September 21, 1984 of the District Court (Daly, C.J.). 2
