Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Social Services, dated December 10, 1986, which, after a hearing, found that the petitioner had engaged in unacceptable practices and had received overpayments from the Medicaid program, and ordered restitution.

Adjudged that the determination is confirmed and the proceeding is dismissed, with costs.
