Plaintiff Lisa Whisby-Myers and her husband Christopher Myers brought this action on their own behalf and on behalf of their children Kenny Whisby, Kenshell Whisby, and Christian Myers against defendant Robert Kiekenapp, alleging violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1982 and the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3604 & 3617, as well as state law claims for assault, civil hate crime, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
