Before the court in the above consolidated cases are the motions of Plaintiffs Na-tale A. Gabrielle (“Gabrielle”) and Lisa Rollins (“Rollins”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) to remand these actions to the State of Rhode Island Superior Court for Washington County.
