DECISION

This is a consolidated appeal of decisions of the Lincoln Zoning Board (Zoning Board) and the Lincoln Zoning Board sitting as the Lincoln Planning Board of Appeals (Planning Board of Appeals). Michael A. Reilly (appellant) seeks reversal of the Zoning Board's decision of May 2, 1995 and the Planning Board of Appeals' decision of October 3, 1995.
