Jackson, a licensed professional bondsman, doing business as sueb in the City of Atlanta and in the County of *72Fulton, brought his bill against the chief of police of said city and his- assistant, to enjoin them from making cases against him and his agents for violations of the provisions of the act of the legislature of Aug. 10, 1921, entitled “ An act regulating the signing of criminal bonds by professional bondsmen, and for other purposes.” Acts 1921, p. 243.
