Jason Seth Crenshaw was convicted of possession of marijuana in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-12-214(a), Ala. Code 1975, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a violation of § 13A-12-260(c), Ala.Code 1975. Crenshaw contends on appeal that the trial court committed reversible error when it denied his motion for a judgment of acquittal.
