This bill was filed October 18, 1878, by Herman R. Baltzer and William G. Taaks, the appellants, against the Raleigh and. Augusta Air Line Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of North Carolina, and others, .for a decree against the railroad company for $93,615.62, with interest thereon from November 2, 1868, that sum being the balance due them, as the plaintiffs alleged, for iron furnished the Chatham Railroad Company, whose name, on December 1,1871, was changed by an act ofithe legislature of North Carolina to the name under which the company is sued in this case.
