Plaintiff-appellant brought her action for divorce against defendant-appellee; divorce was granted appellant and the property settlement agreement entered into between the parties was approved by the court. Thereafter, appellant, within the term in which the divorce was granted, filed her motion to vacate and set aside the judgment and property settlement alleging fraud as the reason therefor.
