COX, Circuit Judge:

William. McCorkle, Chantal McCorkle, Brian Higgins, and Herman Venske (the “Defendants”) appeal their convictions and sentences for their participation in a fraudulent telemarketing scheme. William and Chantal contend- that the court erred .in denying their motions for a new trial and an evidentiary hearing based on allegations of juror misconduct and extrinsic influence on jurors.
