Pursuant to provisions of part 1, chap. 4, Act No. 319, Pub. Acts of 1927, 2 Comp. Laws 1929, § 7131 et seq., on January 2,1931, the following question was submitted to the electors of Castleton township in Barry county: “Shall Castleton township be organized into a single school district?” A majority voted “Yes,” and thereafter a board of education was elected.
