{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Steven Nelson ("Nelson"), brings this appeal challenging his convictions and the trial court's sentence for aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery, felonious assault, kidnapping, attempted murder, and having weapons while under disability.
