This is an appeal from a judgment of the Richland County Court of Common Pleas overruling the motion for a new trial of plaintiff-appellant Michael Grimes (“employee”).

Employee argues the following assignment of error:

“The trial court erred in its finding that the plaintiff was not entitled to a new trial based upon the weight of the evidence presented at trial.”
