This was an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a collision between two automobiles at the intersection of two public highways. The appeal is from an order sustaining a demurrer to plaintiff’s evidence.

Except as they define the issues the pleadings are of no importance and can be briefly summarized.
