SMITH, Judge.
Relator, Gene Feldman, seeks a Writ of Prohibition to prevent Respondent, Judge Lasky, from further proceeding in the under lying personal injury action, Harmon v. Feldman, Cause No. 658516. We make permanent our preliminary Order in Prohibition.
