Plaintiff Optical Communications Group, Inc. (“OCG” or “plaintiff’) filed this admi*452ralty and maritime action against cargo vessel M/V AMBASSADOR (the “Vessel”) and its owner, Marbulk Canada Inc. (collectively, “defendants”), after the Vessel’s anchor struck and damaged plaintiffs fiber optic submarine telecommunications cable. We have jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1333.
