This matter comes to be heard on the motion of the trustee to sell certain purported assets of the estate pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363, to pay administrative expenses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506(c), and for allowance of interim compensation and reimbursement of expenses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330.
