FACTS

The Plaintiff, RICHARD HART, and the Debtor/Defendant, GLORIA LEE HART, were married prior to December 1980. On December 30, 1980, the plaintiff and defendant were divorced and a decree of divorce was entered in the Eighth Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada. The decree of divorce incorporated a property settlement agreement made by the plaintiff and the defendant on December 26, 1980.
