FACTS FROM AFFIDAVIT FOR SEARCH WARRANT

On August 8, 1980, in Broward County, Deputy Sheriff Michael Berk purchased the Summer 1980 issue of a magazine entitled “The Disciplinarian’s Club” from one William G. Zinn. At the time of the purchase, Deputy Berk also obtained from Mr. Zinn a business card *64for a person identified as “Mistress Carla” with telephone number 781-6698.
