FLAUM, Chief Judge.
Johnnie White was indicted as a result of his participation in an elaborate insurance fraud scheme. During the course of trial, the government presented voluminous evidence which implicated White in the cabal. White took the stand in his defense, and categorically denied his involvement. After the jury convicted White on all counts, the government sought a two-level sentencing enhancement for obstruction of justice.
