For the following reasons, the Court hereby GRANTS Defendant Hawaii Care and Cleaning, Inc. V Motion for Summary Judgment.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND1
Defendant Hawaii Care 'and Cleaning, Inc. (“HCC”) contracted with Hilton Hotels Corporation, dba Hilton Hawaiian Village (“Hilton”) to perform certain cleaning services at Hilton beginning in’ June of 2004. (Def.’s CSF ¶1; Pl.’s CSF ¶1.)
