Defendant appeals in propria persona from a judgment of the superior court, after jury trial, finding him guilty on three counts of violating certain sections of the Corporate Securities Act [Stats. 1917, p. 673 as amended; 2 Deering’s Gen. Laws, Act 3814], and also finding that he had suffered a prior felony conviction and had served a term of imprisonment therefor. His grounds of appeal, set forth generally as conspiracy, perjury and collusion, actually constitute a claim of insufficiency of the evidence.
