On January 10, 1980, the Workers’ Compensation Commission denied appellant’s claim for disability and medical benefits purportedly related to injuries by exposure to chemicals used in connection with his employment — pest control. The Commission found that claimant failed to prove his claim by a preponderance of the evidence.
