Deen, Judge.
The collision occurred on June 4, 1965. Error is enumerated on the court’s allowance, over objection that it was hearsay and a self-serving declaration, of testimony by Linda Herringdine’s father that she told him that same afternoon that she was on her right-hand side of the road at the time of the collision. The following day she gave a statement to an insurance adjuster in which she stated that she did not see the plaintiff prior to the impact but the collision seemed to have occurred in about the middle of the road.
