LAMBERT, Chief Justice.

Pursuant to CR 76.36, Appellants appeal from an order of the Court of Appeals denying their motion for a writ of mandamus. Appellants sought to compel the trial judge to disqualify counsel for Appel-lees, James T. Mitchell, based upon an alleged conflict of interest. For the following reasons, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is affirmed.
