This appeal is taken from an order directing the respondent, Allan Azevedo, to pay a portion of the attorney fees incurred in the representation of his minor child in a guardianship proceeding. The respondent initiated the proceeding in question to gain custody of his children following the death of his former wife, who had been granted custody of the children upon the dissolution of their marriage.
