Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Williams, J.), rendered May 15, 2013, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of robbery in the first degree.
On May 20, 2012 at approximately 9:20 p.m., Officer Benny Reyes of the Kingston Police Department responded to 190 Tremper Avenue in the City of Kingston, Ulster County to investigate allegations of an assault and robbery.
