This Chapter 7 adversary proceeding is before the Court pursuant to a motion filed by U.S. Billiards Company, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “U.S.B.”) for reclamation and relief from the stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 546(c) and § 362(d). The motion is opposed by BancOhio National Bank, which U.S.B. concedes holds a security interest in the after-acquired inventory of the debtor, Bensar Company, Inc.
