This is a suit on four financial guarantee bonds. United Bonding Insurance Company (hereafter United Bonding) brought an action for a declaratory judgment that the signatures of its licensed agent, Virgil P. Lynch, on the four bonds, each in the amount of $25,-000. 00 and guaranteeing payment by Sari C., Inc., a Florida corporation, to Banco Suizo-Panameno, S. A.
