Plaintiffs Antoni and Irena Cyrkler1 were passengers on a Pennsylvania-registered tour bus owned by defendant Princeton Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Ameripól Tours,2, *350which was involved in a rollover accident in New York on August 3, 2011. See Dkt. No. 48-1 at ECF p. 6; see also Dkt. No. 45-8. The Cyrklers reside in New Jersey. Dkt. No. 1 at ¶ 8. Defendant is incorporated in Delaware with a principal place of business in Pennsylvania.
