JONES, Bankruptcy Judge:
Appellant, Colene Venhaus, appeals a bankruptcy court order sustaining the Debtors’ objection to her claim on the grounds of laches and that Appellant failed to comply with Bankruptcy Rule 3001(e)(2). For the following reasons, we AFFIRM the decision of the bankruptcy court.
FACTS
In January 1980, the Debtors, Gordon and Carol Wilson, purchased a fire extinguisher servicing business from James Venhaus and his wife, Colene Venhaus, the Appellant herein. The business was known as Safety Right Fire Control and had been owned jointly by Mr. Venhaus and Appellant. In…
